BSIR Registrar Study Day

BSIR Registrar Study Day 2026

Registration is now open for the BSIR Registrar Study Day 2026, taking place Thursday 11th June, 09:00–17:00, delivered virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Following the success of last year’s event, which welcomed over 70 delegates, this year’s programme focuses on non-vascular and oncological interventions, with content specifically designed for ST4–ST6 trainees and early‑career consultants. The day complements the EBIR curriculum and covers areas where trainees may have limited exposure, including complex biliary, urinary and GI interventions, oncological ablation and embolisation, vertebral interventions, and a dedicated session on preparing for consultant posts. All sessions will be delivered by an experienced faculty using a case‑based teaching format throughout.

If you would like to view recordings from last year’s Registrar Study Day, these are available via the BSIR Learning Zone.

Registration fees:

  • £10 – BSIR members
  • £50 – Non‑members

If you have any queries, please contact Abbey, BSIR Events and Communications Manager, [email protected]
