Platinum Package – £9,000 + VAT
• Symposia slot of 20 minutes, topic to be chosen by the sponsor, included stand-alone in the programme to be attended by all delegates

Gold Package - £8,250 + VAT
• Video-recorded case, topic to be chosen by the Course Directors, included as part of a session to be attended by all delegates
• Option to place banner stand in the event foyer area
• Three industry associates registration for the VITALS meeting, including dinner and accommodation 
• Company logo and 150-word company profile in the printed programme
• Company logo on the BSIR website
• Company logo on rotating slide in main auditorium

There are only 6 Gold packages available, allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

Silver Package - £4,650 + VAT
• Option to place banner stand in the event foyer area
• Two industry associates registration for the VITALS meeting, including dinner and accommodation

Bronze Package - £2,100 + VAT
• One industry associate registration for the VITALS meeting, including dinner and accommodation

Additional sponsorship opportunities - available to partners at any level

1) Additional workshop opportunity - £2100 + VAT
We are keen to enable our industry partners to showcase their new technologies during this meeting. There are 4 opportunities for industry to run 45 minute hands-on workshops. The workshop session will take place on Day 2 and delegates will register in advance to attend one of the workshops available. 

Please note, this has been established as a dedicated workshop session this year, with 4 workshops running in parallel, and will not compete with the main programme. Workshop rooms will hold up to 30 people. Delegates will be able to register for these workshops in advance.

Details of each workshop will be included in the event programme and published on the BSIR website, as well as being included in pre-event communications.There are only 4 workshops available, allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

2) Additional industry registrations - £600 each
Should you wish to purchase additional delegate passes, these will be charged at £600 per person. A maximum of 2 additional delegate passes are available to each industry sponsor. This will be available once registration opens in September.
