BSIR Fellowship in Advanced Vascular IR (FAVIR)

The BSIR Vascular Special Interest Committee are excited to be launching the BSIR Fellowship in Advanced Vascular IR: an advanced training programme in the management of vascular disease interventions. This Fellowship is a year-long, advanced training programme designed for senior interventional radiology registrars (Year 6 SPRs), post-CCT fellows, and junior consultants within the first two years of practice. This will supplement training provided by their training schemes in Vascular IR and the committee aims to establish the Fellowship as this  training programme to inspire and encourage future leaders in the field of Vascular Interventional Radiology 

As part of this programme, the Committee are looking for advanced vascular centres which could host a Fellow for a two week training attachment. This could be hands on or an observer. If your centre could host a Fellow, please contact Raj Bhat - [email protected]
