It is hoped and anticipated that in cooperation with BSIR, all companies associated with Interventional Radiology; exhibitors and non-exhibitors, will be encouraged to and continue to support the BSIR society and its educational and scientific endeavours, the interventional radiology community and continue to support delegate attendance to the BSIR meetings.

Please find details of the upcoming BSIR ASM 2021 and apologies for the delay in getting this information to you all . Due to Covid , it  has taken longer to gain access to SEC and also information from suppliers  . Many thanks for your patience .

If you have not booked your stand space package, please do so via the website  https://www.bsir.org/meetings/bsir-2021/bsir-asm-2021-exhibition/

The meeting will be physical face to face .  Please also remember  that all  exhibition attendees must register for the meeting via BSIR registration system to produce a barcode for admittance . There is a small charge for any exhibition attendee over the package number allocated . Overseas speakers if not present will be live with prerecorded presentation and stream live to BSIR using Vmix technology in real time for live discussion or questions .

All UK faculty will be attending .  

Everyone must  bring evidence of COVID vaccinations . Mask wearing guidance in Scotland will be issued ongoing .

Exhibition Floor Plan & Stand Information

Please see below for a copy of this year’s provisional Exhibition Floor Plan (may be subject to change).

BSIR will endeavour to  work with you for your preferred stand position . Please give me 2 options of stand numbers .

In case of competing interests the stand  numbers in question will be drawn  out of hat . Consideration  to best location will also be given to your stand design. 

The exhibition a   will be in Hall 1 and 2 of the Loch Suite   It is one large open area . There will be one way in and one way out for all delegates and attendees . Please see campus plan and refer to green rectangle . This will give you an idea of the area BSIR have . The Hall  1 2 ( Exhibition )  is adjoined to all the meeting rooms and main auditorium. Delegates will have to pass though this area to access and exit .

 Please also note that after discussions in 2017 onwards  stand designs should not be complicated structures and have no walls that block views of other exhibitors, pop ups and  easily preconstructed stands are encouraged .  All designs must be submitted to BSIR  and Matthew Voisey for approval .  They must be under 4m construction including the flooring or floor platform but please avoid large walls .

All refreshments , social events including the BSIR Evening Event (which will be themed Winter Wonderland)    live case broadcast , poster viewing and Active Learning Zone  will be in Hall 1 and Hall 2 of the Loch Suite .  Registration will take place in this area also.
