REMINDER BSIR Exemplar / Pilot Site Applications 2021 DEADLINE 26/11/2021

Applications are now invited for the 2021 round of this self-assessment process.  The closing date for applications is 26th November 2021.

Over 50 departments have been granted exemplar status in the last few years.  Exemplar status renewals for some of these departments will take place in 2022.

For details and application forms, please refer to the BSIR website Safety & Quality section where there is also background information on the rationale, process and benefit of achieving exemplar status.

Departments who may not be able to achieve exemplar status are specifically encouraged to take part in this self-assessment quality improvement process and may be awarded pilot status.

Departments who have achieved pilot status are strongly encouraged to re-apply for exemplar status.
