If you participated in the BSIR APC 2019 as a Faculty Member, you may be entitled to be reimbursed for your travel, accommodation and other authorized expenses. To be considered for an expenses reimbursement, please complete our online claim form. To expedite the process, ensure you have read and satisfied the following guidelines:

  • You have received authorization by the meeting organizer to submit a claim
  • If you are unsure of your status, use the contact details above to make an enquiry
  • Upload all supporting documents with your claim in a PDF format, such as receipts, booking confirmations etc.
  • Be mindful that the BSIR are a medical charity - please be as economical as possible with your expenses

If you fail to satisfy these guideline, your claim may be delayed or rejected.
