There are a limited number of tickets available, so book early to avoid disappointment! We will close the ticket link when we have reached capacity. Please note that filling in the registration form is not a guarantee of your booking. You will have to wait until this is approved - if capacity has been reached prior to your registration time, your booking will not be approved. 

A limited number of medical student educational grants are available to help fund travel expenses to attend the conference. Applications will close as soon as we reach capacity, so apply EARLY to avoid disappointment. 

Educational Grant Criteria

- MUST Current medical student within a medical school in the UK (proof of student status must be uploaded). International students will not be accepted. 

- MUST attend a medical school outside London to apply for the travel grant 

- Grant recipients will receive free registration for the conference and up to £50 of travel expenses to attend (for those attending medical schools outside London). 

- Winners of the grant will be required to write a short article for the IRJ website/social media about their experiences at the conference along with photos for our social media accounts. By applying for the grant, you agree to this and give your consent for these photos for public use on the BSIR and IR Juniors social media accounts and website. 

- Please consider before making your application that the educational grant fund is finite and not every applicant will be successful. If you feel that you are in the financial position to self-fund to attend this meeting, then please do so.

 - Economy travel should be booked, and expenses submitted for reimbursement. A Travel Award will be reimbursed up to a maximum of £50.

 - Proof of attendance at meeting is required and attendance will be confirmed via sign in.
